Love the necklace with all of the charms- the butterfly charm clasp is somewhat defective- it does not close easily and gets stuck upon opening . But my granddaughter loves her necklace and the other charms - just wish this charm was in better condition- just don’t want her to lose it .

Ordered 3 bracelets & 12 charms for my 3 granddaughters. One of the charms (cowboy boot) was broken. Clasp would not open. I would like to have it replaced
I don’t remember exactly where I found it but I got this charm when I was very little and I still have him to this day! I’ve always loved goldfish so I used to take him everywhere but now that he’s scratched up and falling off the clasp I keep him at home because I’d be heart broken if I lost it. Overall the charm is adorable and great quality for it to go though as much as it did along with me over the years!

First off we absolutely loved our Ariel charm, just like we love all our Charm it charms. We have only been collecting since the middle of March and Ariel was one of my daughter’s picks for her very first bracelet. Sadly, I picked it up today and thought it was on its back. I turned it around and realized Ariel was no longer there. It’s just the red back. Ariel is my daughter’s favorite princess, so she is feeling pretty sad. Now I am feeling a little nervous about the swivel charms that make up most of our charm collection at the moment.
