SHIPPING

Shipping Policy:

Charmit.com offers shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) exclusively. We ship from New Jersey and delivery time is based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping is available within the 50 United States only at this time. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. NOTE: If you place an order with a P.O. Box , your order will be automatically canceled and a refund will be issued.

Allow at least 2-3 business days for processing on all orders including those placed with expedited shipping prior to being release to carrier. Orders will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders process and ship Monday-Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and all US federal holidays.

Current shipping promotion: Order value must be $25 AFTER any promotions or discounts to qualify for $6 UPS Ground shipping. Order value must be $55 AFTER any promotions or discounts to qualify for FREE UPS Ground shipping. Excludes gift cards and only valid on orders within the 48 contiguous states (excludes AK & HI).

Notifications And Receipts:

Charmit.com will email you an order confirmation. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include the tracking # associated with your shipment. Add customerservice@charmit.com to your contact list to ensure that notification emails are received.

Damaged Items:

If package arrives damaged, you must notify us at customerservice@charmit.com  within 48 hours of arrival.

Lost Packages:

In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification via email, within fifteen (15) days of order placement.

RETURNS

Returns Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of the package receipt date for store credit only for the amount of the purchase, excluding the original shipping cost and any return postage required. The store credit issued is valid for ninety (90) days.

All items returned must be received in their original condition, including the original packaging, in order to qualify for store credit.

How To Obtain an RA#:

Email your order # and the items you would like to return to customerservice@charmit.com within the return window of fourteen (14) days of the package receipt date. If your items are eligible for return, we will provide an RA#.

How To Make A Return:

1. Obtain an RA# & Return Shipping Address (See obtaining an RA# section above)

2. Securely pack item(s) along with a copy of the packing slip and RA#. The RA# must be listed on the outside of the package in addition to the enclosed packing slip. We are unable to process the return without a valid RA#.

3. Ship the item(s) back to the return shipping address provided with the RA#

Customer Service will email your store credit information. 

Return Shipping:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any packages lost in shipping. To safeguard your return, we advise you to obtain a tracking number and package insurance.

Return Exceptions:

1. Items damaged in shipment are exceptions to the original condition terms.
2. Sale and Clearance items are not subject to return.
