Our order arrived so quickly, which was unexpected in this busy shopping and shipping season. One of our charms had a small defect and after emailing an explanation of the issue and pictures, a replacement was immediately sent. We love our charms and bracelets but love the customer service even more! We will be back again and again.

Daughter loves it!

When I received the bracelets and charms, I purchased for my 2 granddaughters, I was very pleased with the quality of the items. However, when I requested an additional collectors guide via email, the response was that it was not possible. How disappointing, you could not mail me an additional guide since I only received 1 and these gifts were for 2 children who would each like to have their own copy. This was poor customer service.
