4mm Rainbow Stretch Bracelet

Great bracelet. Nice stretch but after a while it’s a little tight on my wrist

This was the third bracelet I have bought from CharmIt, but sadly I DO NOT RECOMMEND it! The first two bracelets I purchased for my daughter were the chain link style, and she wears those with no issue. I decided to give this one a try, and it is awful! Because the charms are only secured to thin strings and not a chin link, they fall off all the time! My daughter would walk around the house doing nothing boisterous, look down, and see that charms had just fallen off around the house. I contacted customer service to see if we could exchange it for the chain link style since this one clearly has a design flaw, and I was told that they don’t offer exchanges, and I could only receive a refund if we had all of the original packaging, and I mailed it back at my own expense. That might be adequate, though not impressive, customer service if we just changed our minds, but is not at all acceptable customer service for a defective item! I would definitely recommend NOT buying this bracelet.
