Gold Paint Palette Charm

I got this charm along with several others for my daughter's Christmas gift. She opened it this morning and by afternoon the colored paint on the hearts was nearly all gone and some of the white paint on the back of the charm was extremely chipped. She didn't do anything strenuous or get it wet, just played with her Christmas gifts all day. We are disappointed, this was one of the charm's we were most excited about, as she loves art. We do love the bracelet and the rest of the charms are great...none of the others seem to have this problem, just this one.

I purchased the paint palette charm and was so excited to receive it. Unfortunately, it arrived without one of the paint sections. I immediately let customer service know that it arrived not as expected. They responded very quickly and apologized and said they'd send me a new one asap, and sent me an additional charm as well as a surprise. The new charms were gorgeous and the detail in them all is beautiful. I was so impressed that the customer service was so nice, timely, and easy to resolve. Will be purchasing again for sure!

I love the gold paint palette charm, but then I love all the charms I have ordered. Very good quality and cute details. Extremely good service. Thank you!
