How do I earn points?
Create an account and start earning points every time you make a purchase: receive 10 points per every $1 spent. You can also earn points by creating an account, telling us your birthday, sharing a wish list, following us on Instagram, sharing on social media, subscribing to the newsletter, and referring a friend. You must be logged in to your account when you make a purchase in order for points to apply to your account.
How do I know how may points I have?
You can view how many points you have earned by logging in to your account and visiting the rewards widget in the bottom left corner of the website or by clicking into the “my account” page.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your account and click on the rewards widget or "my account" page. Click the redeem button next to the reward you are eligible for and a code will appear. Copy and paste that code at check out. The code will be sent in an email as well.
Will I receive points retroactively for my previous purchases?
No, you will not receive points retroactively for purchases made prior to our rewards program launch date of 7/23/20. You must be logged into your account at the time of purchase to automatically earn points. All account holders from October 2018 on were automatically enrolled in the rewards program, however you will not earn points for orders placed prior to 7/23/20.
I just placed an order / signed up, but I don't see the points added to my account.
Don't worry! Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply the points to your account. If you don't see the points in your account within 24 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll be happy to help you out!
What happens if my order is returned or canceled?
Any points earned from that order will be deducted from your CHARM IT! Rewards account balance.
